The insights you provide will help us discover opportunities to increase the influence and efficacy of your work. The better the information, the more opportunities for partnership, funding, and support we'll be able to create!
We'll keep the information you provide anonymous and specifics (like who is funding whom) confidential. If we need to use a specific data point to connect you with a potential partner or similar opportunity, we'll ask!
RISE membership represents over 25,000 jobs created, more than $6 Billion in raised capital, and an economic impact in the tens of billions. Your organization is a part of that! The Astra team is actively compiling all the collected information into a singular narrative, giving your organization a powerful platform to speak from.
Speaking as one is how we multiply our influence with the partners, founders, and funders we need to make an impact.

The RISE Summit is the inaugural private gathering of the Regions Foundation ESO leadership community. We'll be meeting from February 15–17th in Key West, Florida. Along with the hand-selected Regions Foundation grantees, additional guests and experts will join the conversation.

Book your flights according to your arrival window into Key West International (EYW), then submit the Reimbursement Form. Flights are reimbursed up to $500 per person; anything above that is the attendee's responsibility. Additional support for unique travel considerations can be discussed with Monaco before you book (ex., early arrival, late departure, cost concerns).

A few things we ask of everyone, so the three days work as well as they can.
This is a working summit, requiring significant input from every leader present. Please show up on time and be ready to contribute from start to finish! (i.e., don't schedule anything else)
You have been handpicked for this summit and your invitation is not transferable. We're asking you to give us your full attention for three days. Doing so will make it worth your time.
Given our focus and hosting location, we will not be able to accommodate significant others/family/friends in the private houses.
Handled directly by you (attendees).
- Booking your own flights and submitting information for the appropriate reimbursement.
- Transportation to and from airports throughout the trip. Group transport coordinated but not reimbursed.
- Personal expenses by choice. This includes anything outside summit programming, before, during, or after the summit (ex. extra nights, excursions, etc.).

- All lodging at Lunara Bay for your programming window.
- All food and drinks during summit programming.
- All materials used during summit programming.

Getting from the airport, what to bring, and how the houses work.
Share your itinerary with the Astra team as soon as it is booked so that arrival and departure times can be coordinated with housing and/or group transport. Coordinated rides are an optional convenience and do not guarantee financial coverage. Individual rideshares to/from the airport to Lunara Bay Resort are possible.
Dress is resort casual: light layers, a jacket for evenings outdoors, and comfortable shoes. It should be sunny with temperatures ranging from mid-70s to mid-60s °F. Specific packing considerations will be shared closer to the summit.
All attendees stay in the RISE houses at Lunara Bay. No additional guests, please. The Astra team assigns houses and rooms. Before you arrive, you will receive a unique code to access your private room and bathroom. Each house will host a small group of attendees, so plan for shared common spaces. Send accessibility needs or room requests to Monaco as early as possible.
